What is Sage Mobile Service?

Sage Mobile Service empowers your field technicians to deliver great customer service. Impresses your customers when technicians arrive on time, accesses the customer’s history and current service order on their iPhone, takes before and after photos, collects customer sign-off, and immediately process the payment while onsite. Great customer service continues when estimates and receipts are sent through email keeping everyone informed. Dispatchers use the service automation portal to see up-to-date status on each job, optimize their technicians’ schedules, and assign an unplanned same-day job to the ideal technician. Updates automatically show on the service tech’s iPhone, minimizing time-consuming office and field interactions.

What dispatcher views are included in Sage Mobile Service?

Four views are included for your dispatchers to be able to optimize your field technicians’ work and help you deliver excellent customer service. The Dashboard provides a summary of work orders unassigned, assigned, and those that are ready for invoicing. The Scheduling tab provides a daily view of all technicians’ assignments, and a weekly summary view that displays blocks of time with work order details and which technician is assigned to the work order. The week view displays all the technicians’ schedules for each day of the week, or select a specific technician. The day view provides the dispatcher with all technicians’ schedules and all the assigned work orders that day, as well as to see the times they are available.
